Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled through the website.
- If the product has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, please follow the return process.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products.
- Eligibility and conditions specific to each item are clearly stated on the respective product pages.
- Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags and invoice
- The standard return/exchange window is 72 hours (3 days) from the date of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned.
Mandatory Return Proof – Shared Unboxing Video
To successfully initiate a return or exchange, you must provide a product unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The unboxing process
- Any defect, damage, or issue (if applicable)
⚠️ Return/exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for further processing.
Accepted Return Reasons
You may return or exchange the product if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item received is different from the one ordered.
- Accessories or parts are missing (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Items marked as "final sale", "non-returnable", or customized

Return Pickup & Self-Shipping
- If a pickup service is available at your location, a pickup will be arranged within 2-3 business days.
- If pickup is unavailable, you will be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
- Return shipping charges may apply based on the product and return reason.
📦 Please ensure proper packaging during self-shipping. DiscountMela.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Timeline & Mode
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer or store credit (for COD orders)
Exchange Terms
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
