Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped.
  • Once the item is dispatched, it cannot be canceled via the website.
  • If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, please contact our support team. Cancellation requests after shipping are subject to our return policy.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products.
  • Eligibility and specific return conditions are clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
  • For most products, the standard return window is 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and invoices.
  • A product unboxing video is mandatory to validate any damage, wrong item, or defective product claim. Returns without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.

 

Return Shipping

  • If a pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address (provided at the time of return initiation).
  • Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit, as we won't be responsible for lost or damaged items.

 

Changes & Conditions

  • The return policy may vary depending on product type, and is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis and will be clearly mentioned during the request process.
  • Products marked as non-returnable, final sale, or customized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, replacement, or exchange:

  1. Send an Email Request
    – Email: help.discountmela@gmail.com
    – Use the subject line: @returntodiscountmela - Order ID XXXXX
    – Include the following details:
    ✔ Full Name
    ✔ Order ID
    ✔ Product Name
    ✔ Reason for Return/Exchange
    ✔ Attach product unboxing video and photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
  2. Wait for Approval
    – Our team will review your request within 72 hours.
    – You’ll receive a confirmation email with the return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Product for Return
    – Keep the product unused and in its original condition.
    – Ensure it’s securely packed to avoid transit damage.
    – Include all original materials (tags, labels, invoice).
  4. Pickup or Self-Ship
    – If pickup service is available, our courier partner will collect the package.
    – If pickup is not available, you’ll be asked to self-ship to our official return address (shared after approval).
